Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of shipment of the product.
Refunds are not possible. Returns can only be made with another of our products or with products of equal value.

If you have made the wrong choice with the size of the product you will be charged the change costs.
Each customer is entitled to up to 2 changes.
You inform us in writing (e-mail, Instagram, Facebook) about the products you want to change and with which you want to replace them and we will explain the steps you need to follow for the delivery and receipt of the product.
